Preamble
Women and Youth Transformation Initiative (WAYTI) is a non-governmental organization committed to empowering women and youth in Northern Nigeria, with a special focus on Kaduna State. Founded on the principles of inclusivity, sustainability, and integrity, WAYTI addresses critical challenges facing marginalized communities through comprehensive development programs.
Our work spans across agriculture, education, healthcare, and advocacy, creating pathways for economic empowerment and social transformation. We recognize that sustainable development requires a holistic approach that addresses the interconnected needs of communities while building local capacity for long-term success.
Through partnerships with local communities, government agencies, and international organizations, WAYTI has become a catalyst for positive change, touching the lives of hundreds of individuals and families across Northern Nigeria.
